Delivery Charges
- Free shipping on all orders PKR 2,999 and above.
- For orders below PKR 2,999, a flat delivery fee of PKR 200 will apply at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframe
- We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days for most cities.
- Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.
Delivery Attempts
- Couriers typically make up to two delivery attempts. If unreachable, the parcel may be returned to us.
- If your parcel is returned due to non-response or incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply.
Order Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
