At Olive, we take pride in ensuring every product is thoroughly checked before it leaves our studio. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

- Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.
- In case the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, it will be sent back to the customer.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer and will cover only the product amount.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
